Due to the covid virus we are without one of our main technicians and want to inform all our customers that because of this unfortunate situation we are backed up about 7-10 days for a technician to get out to your house. Please keep this in mind when scheduling. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  • If possible, please provide pictures of the
    spot, route, obstacles, or anything else you'd like us to see before delivery
    in the drop box below. This will help ensure we are prepared for what's to
    come! 

 1. Placement of Tub (i.e; Slab, deck, porch,
basement, etc) 

 2. Route taken to tub placement (i.e; Side of
house, up a hill, etc) :
3. Obstacles of concern (i.e; fence, steps,
rock/garden, steep hill)

**Our service manager will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your spa repair. We charge a local trip free of $95 to arrive at your house and charge $105 per hour for labor. Trip charge and labor must be paid in full with a credit or debit card prior to the service technician arriving at your home. If you purchased your spa from us and your spa is still under warranty and over 3 months old, you will just be charged a trip fee, no parts or no labor charge. All non-warranty repairs and visits come to $200 for the first hour and half hour increments of $50 after the first hour. For emergencies please contact your nearest Minnesota Hot Tub location. ** If you are located over 60 miles from one of our 4 Minnesota Hot Tubs locations please call to get an estimate for a non-local trip charge..
