Instructions:

Once we receive the order form, a mock-up will be complete within 24 hours. After the mock-up is reviewed and confirmed by the customer a deposit is required to start the order. Production time is between 5-7 business days (not including weekends). After the order is complete the final payment is required before products can be shipped. The shipping method is UPS ground 3-4 business days which includes the tracking number.
