It's very important that we receive a TRUE profile photo — not a partial or angled view.
✅ DO:
✅ A side view of your pet’s head — turned fully to the side at a 90-degree angle
✅ Taken at eye level (parallel to your pet’s head — not from above or below)
✅ The entire head visible — including the ear, muzzle, jawline, and neck
✅ No tilt or turn toward the camera — your pet should be looking straight ahead (not at you!)
❌ DON'T:
❌ Use angled shots — if you can see both eyes or the face is turned even slightly toward the camera, it’s not a proper profile
❌ Allow the head to tilt — up, down, or even a slight turn will affect accuracy
❌ Take photos from above or behind — the camera should always be at eye level and parallel to your pet
